Coconut Almond Kale Chips

Introduction

Remember the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds"? Yeah... Remember the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds"? Yeah...
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 cups (1 bunch) chopped kale, stems removed
    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix almond butter, oil and soy sauce in a large bowl and toss chopped kale until coated.

Lay on parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes.

Let cool.

Enjoy!

P.S. IF there is anything left over, store in a tupperware container for up to 3 days. HA!
