Barilla Plus Elbows, 16 oz box
Lifetime Fat Free Sharp Cheddar, 8 oz
Velveeta with 2% Milk, 2 boxes, 16 oz each
Egg Whites, 2 oz or 2 large fresh
Minced Garlic, 2 Tablespoons
Evaporated Fat-free Milk, 2 cans, 12 oz each
Seasoning Salt or other all purpose seasoning and black pepper
Boil Pasta and drain.
In a saucepan, heat the cheeses and milk until melted. Allow to cool.
Add pasta to your baking pan, add cooled milk mixture, garlic and egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with clean hands.
Add reserved cheese to top.
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
