1/2 cup Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)
1/4 cup Fiber One Original cereal
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
I use Fiber One Cereal because a small amount of cereal gives me a big boost in fiber but any cereal will work. Granola is great for this.
Layer this into pint jars and put on a lid for a delicious and attractive breakfast on the go.
