Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups gluten free flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/2 cup potato starch
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1/4 cup flaxseed meal
    2 1/2 tap xanthan gum
    2 tsp. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 cup water
    2 Tbl. grapeseed oil
    2 Tbl. honey
    2 tsp. vinegar



Directions

Combine flours and dry ingredients.
In the mixer, add all wet ingredients, then add dry.
Mix for 4 minutes on med. scraping down bowl as needed
Remove from oven, cool and slice.
