Tina's Meat Loaf

Introduction

A tasty and juice home cooked meal. A tasty and juice home cooked meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lbs of ground Hamburger or Turkey
    1 egg
    0.25 Cup of milk
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 dash of black pepper
    1 sleeve of Saltine cracker crushed ( for a different taste you can try different crackers)

Tips

To make it less grease I place mine on a rack in side of my baking pan.


Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350
2 In a lager bowl mix the egg and milk together
3 Add in the spices mix well( you can change the amounts of them or what you use)
4 Mix in the meat make sure to mix it well
5 Crush the crackers and add them in and mix well
6 Shape like a loaf of bread place in the pan
7 Bake for 45 mins and check the thickest part to make sure it is cooked all the way through

Serving Size: makes 4 1.5 cup servings
