Ingredients

    *Thin & Trim Peach & Chipolte Chicken Sausage (1 link = 56g), 2 serving
    Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach, 9 oz
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    **Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 0.5 clove

Tips

Serve over rice if you want.


Directions

Soften vegetables in olive oil, slice sausage and add to vegetables until brown. Add spinach with seasonings and serve.
