Lemon Spinach pasta

Introduction

This pasta dish has a really decadent tasting sauce This pasta dish has a really decadent tasting sauce
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 tbsp olive oil
    4 cloves of garlic
    1/2 tsp chili flakes
    10 oz baby spinach (about one bag)
    5 tbsp of thick yogurt (Balken Style)
    juice of half a lemon

Directions

Heat oil, fry garlic and 1/2 tsp chili flakes for 1 minute (Do not brown).

Put in spinach. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover until wilted 2 minutes. Check and stir a bit. When wilted, take off heat and stir in yogurt and lemon juice. Let sit 2 minutes. Pour over pasta and enjoy!

I recipe serves 4 servings of 1 cup each in total.
