Chop sausage meat and saute with onions, garlic & peppers. Drain all fat. Mix with spinach and Farmer cheese. Spread mixture on cooked lasagna noodle. Roll and place on its side in a baking dish. When all noodles are rolled, cover with sauce and top with chopped gouda or part-skim mozarella.
