Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    3 bunches of fresh broccoli
    1 cup shredded low fat sharp cheddar cheese
    4 slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, crumbled
    1 cup Kraft Light Mayo
    1 Tbsp sugar
    3 Tbsp cidar vinegar

Directions

Chop broccoli into bite size pieces.
Brown and crumble bacon.
Place broccoli, bacon and cheese in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine mayo, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour over other ingredients. Chill several hours before serving.
