Italian Kitchen Sink Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    1 sm. package fresh 3 Cheese Tortellini (or pasta of choice)
    1/2 cucumber, chopped into bite size pieces
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    10 Good Black olives, chopped
    5 Baby Bella mushrooms, chopped
    3 oz. Sharp Cheddar, diced
    1 oz. shredded parmesan
    1/2 large slice ham steak, chopped
    1/2 large slice turkey breast, chopped
    6 slices salami, chopped
    6 slices pepperoni, chopped
    1/2 C. Olive Oil
    1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let them hang out for a while. Very good item to take as a side to lunch. Also - a toddler favorite!
