2 large onions 4 cups of broccoli 4 cups of cauliflower 6 cups chicken broth 3/4 cup margarine 3/4 cup olive oil 1 1/2 cups flour 8 cups 1% milk
Put onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and chicken broth in pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Melt the margarine and mix with the olive oil. Mix in all the flour making a rue. Mix in with the broth mixture. Stir in milk all at once. Stir until thickened.
