    1 cup apple juice
    1 frozen banana
    3 heaping tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal
    5 frozen strawberries

Directions

    This is a great recipe. I like to dilute the apple juice a little with water (has a strong apple taste if you don't) and blend the oats and liquids first. I also like to mix it up with some frozen peaches and plain yogurt. Keeps me going for hours. - 12/24/09
