Introduction

pretty. good hot or cold. hi protein. pretty. good hot or cold. hi protein.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 T canola (or olive if you like) oil
    3 carrots, diced
    1 onion diced
    3 flounder fillets
    1 t paprika
    3 cloves garlic minced (or dried minced)



Directions

warm oil in large frying pan.
saute carrots till soft.
saute onions till clear
lay flounder on top.
sprinkle with garlic and paprika.
cover and cook till flounder is white (about 10 min).
put flounder on plate. cover with veggies.
serve with something green and a good carb.
enjoy hot or cold.
