Broccoli Chowder

Ingredients

    4 cups of water
    2 chicken bullion cubes
    1 lb oranic broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
    2 cups organic ham, diced
    3 cups organic 2% milk
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 1/4 cups organic swiss cheese, shredded

Directions

Bring water and bullion or chicken stock to a boil, add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.

Add remaining ingredients in order listed and heat through over medium-low heat. Do not heat more than a gentle simmer or milk will curdle.
