Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef (93%) broken up small
    small - med. onion diced
    1 small (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
    2 TBSP Spicey brown mustard
    chili powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

Brown the ground beef and onion together in a medium skillet, breaking the meat up into small pieces. Once meat is nolonger pink, add the remaining ingredients. Lower heat to simmer. Here is the nice part, you can simmer for a few mins if in a hurry or longer to let the flavors meld. This feeds our family of four served as taco salad with some left over, the amount of servings varies depending on how you are using the meat. (will serve more if using for a hot dog topping rather than tacos or nachos.
