raisin nut balls

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C roasted, unsalted almonds
    3/4 cup raisins
    3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    up to 1/4 cup of water, added a few drops at a time.
    1/2 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

combine ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until sticky enough to form into balls. Add water a drop at a time to help it reach desired consistency. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in the coconut. Keep in fridge for up to a week.
