    Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving
    Seedless Green Grapes, 170 grams
    Banana, fresh, 1 serving
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 250 grams
    Peppermint, fresh, 20 leaves
    Water, tap, 2 cups

Directions

Cut apples and bananas. Put all the fruits and berries into the blender. Add peppermint and water according to your preference. Blend.
