Funky Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    1/2 Grilled Chicken Breast, chunked
    1 Rib Celery, Chopped
    1 T. Dried Cranberries
    2 T. Walnuts, hand crushed
    1 T. Mayo
    Almost 1 t. spicy mustard

Directions

Anytime I have leftover grilled chicken I make this for lunch the next day.

Just mix all together, and add 1/2 of it to my bento for the next day. Really packs a punch! I've also been known to add diced apple to it, too.
