Oatmeal Peanut butter balls

Introduction

These are an easy snack to prepare, and have on hand to getcha to the next meal; and easy to leave in a container in my locker or pantry. These are an easy snack to prepare, and have on hand to getcha to the next meal; and easy to leave in a container in my locker or pantry.
Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    Oatmeal
    Peanut butter ( I use smooth)
    Honey

Tips

I add chia seeds, cinnamon...

I've added chocolate chips, but wait til its not hot if you want chips. (I haven't tried it since I got Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut butter balls)


Directions

Toss 3 Cups of Dry Oatmeal in Mixer

Heat 1 C.Peanut Butter and 1 C Honey together in Microwave for less than a minute.

Chill until set.

Roll into 48 balls.

Serving Size: 1 ball
