Chicken Salsa Soup in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

    Water, 48 fl oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 lb raw
    Medium or Mild Southwest Black Bean & Corn Salsa, 48 fl oz
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp per 8 oz. bowl

Directions

Bring 48 oz of water & 48 oz of Salsa to a boil.

While broth is coming to a boil, cut 2 lbs. of raw chicken breast in 1 inch chuncks (bitesize)

When broth comes to a boil, add chicken.

Boil together for 8 minutes

Serve hot, garnish with 1 tbsp. of cilantro

*You may also top with low-fat cheese and/or sour cream...just add up the extra calories
