French Toast Hot Protein Drink

Ingredients

    4 oz. Cold Milk (I use Almond Breeze Almond Mile, refrigerated, unflavored, unsweetened, 30 cal / serving)
    1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)
    2 T. Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon flavored syrup (can use 1 T. sugar free pancake syrup and a generous pinch of cinnamon)
    1/8 t. butter extract
    8 oz. boiling water

Tips

Can add sugar free fat free whipped topping with an additional cinnamon sprinkle to make it extra special!


Directions

In a 16 oz mug, mix together the milk and protein powder until it is fully mixed and lump free.

Add the syrup and extract and stir again.

Add boiling water slowly while stirring the drink. Enjoy!
