Peanut Butter Power Bars

Ingredients

    1.5 cups chunky peanut butter
    2 cups corn flakes
    1/2 cup honey
    1 cup nonfat dry milk

Directions

makes 18 bars

*crush up 2 cups of cornflakes
*mix all ingredients together (mixer works best)
*form into 18 bars and wrap individually in wax paper
*store in airtight container
*best eaten frozen (or slightly defrosted)
