Beef and Noodles

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    2 Cups Mushrooms slices
    .25 tsp Tabasco or to taste
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    Dash Nutmeg
    1 10 3/4-ounce Can Condensed Tomato Soup
    5 Cups Cooked Whole Wheat Noodles

Directions

Saute the beef onion until browned. Drain in colander to remove any fat. Return to pan, add garlic and mushrooms seasoning and soup. Simmer for ten minutes. Serve over cooked noodles. Makes 6 servings.
