Vegan Chocolate Ice Dream

Submitted by: BESEVEN

Introduction

My favorite sugarless non-dairy dessert. Super easy My favorite sugarless non-dairy dessert. Super easy
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    10 ounce package organic strawberries
    10 ounce package organic blueberries
Approximately 2 large frozen overripe bananas
(Let your bananas get at least 75% brown skin, then peel, chunk, and freeze the chunks in a ziplock bag.)
Between 1/5 and 1/6 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Add more or less to taste.

Tips

You can use milk instead of water and even add some protein powder if you want to make it more of a meal, but that will change calories too, of course. You can also add a tiny pinch of vanilla extract, which brings out the chocolate flavor a bit, but cuts the edge. I like the edge, though.

Directions

Throw all ingredients in a good blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding just enough water to help it blend easily. Pour into paper cups. For a smooth creamy, frosty treat, eat immediately, and it's milkshake consistency. Put in freezer, and they harden. Then when you take them out, you let them sit for about 10 minutes, and they soften enough to eat. Delish! No need for sugar with the overripe bananas.
