Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    4 cups chopped kale
    1 stalk leek chopped
    3-4 cups broccoli and carrot slaw
    4 cups low sodium beef broth
    6 cups water
    2 knorr chicken boullion

Directions

mix meat with desired seasonings. roll into 1" meatballs and cook. Add liquid and veggies. Simmer approximately 90 minutes on med heat
