1/4 c Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk 4 T Organic Raw Blue Agave 1 T Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened 1/3 c Organic No Salt Added Crunchy Peanut Butter 1/3 c Vanilla Whey Protein 1 1/2 t Ground Flax Seed 1/8 c Wheat Bran 3/4 c Instant Oatmeal
Combine milk, agave and cocoa powder in a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until at a low boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir til the peanut butter is completely melted. Add whey protein and stir until dissolved. Add flax seeds and wheat bran; mix completely. Add oatmeal and mix until thoroughly combined. Shape mix into 1 1/2 inch diameter balls. Makes 12 servings.
