Ingredients

    Veal, cubed for stew 1 lb
    1/4 stick butter
    Snap peas, 1/2 cup
    1 carrot sliced
    2 small potatoes cubed
    Onions 1/4 medium
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks
    2 cups water
    flour and spices to coat veal

Directions

coat veal with spices of your chose mixed with flour
brown veal in butter
add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour
makes about 4 1 cup servings
