Spinach Stuffed pork chops

Ingredients

Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
Feta Cheese, 2 oz
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 1 ounce
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 lb (4 chops)
Garlic 2 to 3 cloves
Directions
Place oil in frying pan with chopped cloves of garlic and brown garlic.
Thaw spinach and remove all the water.
Add this to the pan and heat. When spinach is blended with the oil place in a bowl and add cheeses and mix well, let sit.
Make a pocket in the 4 pork chops and divide the spinach mixture into 4 parts and place in the pocket of the pork chop.
Place in the frying pan and brown on both sides and then cook the chops for 8 to 10 min until they are done.
