6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut up
2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1lb pkg frozen broccoli
1.5 cups sharp shredded cheddar (2% milk)
cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Bake in 350* oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked & cheese is bubbly (I use a clear casserole dish so I can see the chicken).
Best served over rice (rice not included in calorie count.
