Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna packed in water
    2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 tbsp. cilantro
    1 tbsp. miracle whip
    Lemon juice to taste
    2 plum tomatoes
    Whole wheat pasta

Directions

Chop all the vegetables, add the lemon juice, cilantro
miracle whip, tuna and toss until coated.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Put salad on a bed of pasta.
