Autumn Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean hamburg (or lean ground turkey)
    1 cup onion
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup celery
    1 cup potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    5 cups water
    2 or 3 beef bullion cubes

Directions

Brown meat. Add vegetables and spices and saute few minutes. Add tomatoes, water and beef bullion and let soup simmer.
