Ingredients

    8 top loin pork chops
    2 TBS olive oil
    1 egg
    2T water
    3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can french onion soup (or use mix with soup can of water)

Directions

dredge chops in egg/water mixture, then bread crumbs....brown on both sides using the oil...place in 9 x 13 pan....
Mix cream of mushroom soup & onion soup together....then pour over chops....top with 1/4 cup parmesian cheese. bake @350 for 3 hours (covered)
