Banana smoothie

Introduction

A great way to get in a fruit and milk A great way to get in a fruit and milk
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 C milk
    1/2 a large banana
    1 packet Splenda
    3-4 cubes ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Makes I large glass.

For a little variety, try adding a teaspoon of peanut butter or Nutella

  • Very good! Since I don't drink regular milk I made almond milk and added honey instead of the Splenda. I freeze my bananas so I didn't need the ice cubes. It was very tasty to say the least! - 4/20/11

  • I think this recipe is great!
    I thankfully had a packet of splenda at my house but i think it'd be helpful if you included how much splenda that is
