Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Red Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia)


Directions

Heat Olive Oil in skillet on Medium High.

Slice all peppers and onions in equal sized strips.

Saute peppers and onions until desired doneness.
