Cheater Spaghetti Primavera

Introduction

With all these vegetables, you won't miss the meat! With all these vegetables, you won't miss the meat!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1-lb. box of pasta (spaghetti, shells, elbows)
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can carrots
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 pkg. frozen peas
    Spices

Directions

Boil unsalted water and cook pasta noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse pasta and set aside.

Pour sauce into pasta pot, and add all vegetables. Add spices to taste - I used garlic powder, dried onions, and Mrs. Dash Italian & Herb mix.

When all vegetables are heated through, spoon the sauce mixture over individual servings of pasta. Makes 6 very generously sized servings.
