Ingredients



    cinnamon sticks 2
    *Cloves, whole 10
    Ginger Root 2x2 inch piece grated
    *Black Peppercorns 10
    *cardamom pod 10 pods(4-6 pods equals 1tsp ground)
    *Black Tea, 6 bags (i used 8)
    Brown Sugar 2/3 cup packed
    nondairy creamer, plain, 1 1/3 cup dry
    7 cups water

Tips

Makes your house smell good and can serve quite a few people. If you only want a little you can cut the portions by half when you cook it.


Directions

Put 7 cups of water into a medium sized pot.

Boil cinnamon, clover, ginger root, peppercorns, cardamom for 10 minutes with a lid that's tilted slightly to prevent boiling over.

Add tea bags simmer for 5 minutes and steep.

Remove tea bags.

add brown sugar until melted. Turn off stove.

Add powder non-dairy creamer. If you dont like powder may add liquid to what you desire.

Serving Size: makes 10 cups
