Ingredients

1 1/4 cup cornmeal
1 Cup flour, Whole Wheat
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup 1 % milk
1 egg
3/4 cup oil
Directions
Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine milk, egg and oil in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix together, put in muffin pan. Bake at 375F for 12-15 min.
