Yummy frozen treat for atkins, low carbers, and sugar free Yummy frozen treat for atkins, low carbers, and sugar freeNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
8 oz diet root beer
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
ice cubes to thicken (optional)
Directions
For a fast treat, I mix together in a blender:
8 oz diet root beer
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
ice cubes to thicken
Blend together, serve, enjoy. Frozen yummy treat, tastes like a root beer float treat!!
If you want top with whipped cream, add more or less heavy cream to desired creaminess.
Sometimes I will omit the ice cubes and just stir in the heavy cream for a creamy "float" kinda drink.
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream I round up to 1 carb.
So this drink is 1 carb per serving.
If you use waist watchers diet root beer soda, remember to count the carbs in the splenda they put in it.
Anyway enjoy!!
