An easy tasty soup that can be used as a lunch or dinner. An easy tasty soup that can be used as a lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 32 oz shelf ready container of chicken broth
    1 15.5 oz can of cannellini beans
    1 cups diced celery
    1/2 cup diced onion
    2 tablespoons fresh basil
    1 cup shredded fresh baby spinach
    1/2 cup Dreamfield's carb healthy elbows pasta (uncooked)


Serve with additional chopped basil and or grated cheese. (Romano, Parmesan or Asiago)


Put chicken broth in a 3 quart pot on medium heat and bring to a boil. Add diced celery, onion, and basil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir in pasta and cannellini beans. Continue to simmer for about 5 more minutes. Stir in fresh shredded baby spinach. Turn of heat and allow to sit for a few minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 one and a half cup servings
