Classic Greek Salad

Ingredients

    2 cups torn romaine lettuce
    1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1/4 cup assorted pitted olives
    1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced

Tips

Serve with Garlic Shrimp and Pepper Skewers


Directions

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion,
olives and cucumber in a large bowl. Whisk
together lemon juice, oil, garlic and salt to taste.
Pour dressing over salad; toss.
