Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large Onions (sliced)
    6 Cups Beef Broth
    3 TBS Butter
    3 TBS flour
    2 Bay Leaves
    1 Tsp Tyme

Tips

Add your favorite bread & cheese(s) and bake if desired


Directions

Saute onions, Tyme & Bay leaves in butter (Browing Slightly)
add wine and saute until wine is evaporated
add flour and mix
add broth
heat through till almost boiling

Serving Size: Makes 4 8oz servings
