Lentil, quinoa and sweet potato burgers

Introduction

Yummy Veggie Burgers Yummy Veggie Burgers
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    Sweet Potato
    Lentils
    Onion
    Quinoa
    Feta
    Spinach
    Curry Powder
    Nutmeg
    Tumeric
    Corriander
    Flour (to roll in)

Directions

Cook Sweet Potato in skin.
Cook Lentils and Quinoa together.
Mash Sweet potato and add chopped spinach, feta, onion quinoa and spices.
Roll into ball, roll in flour then squish into patty. Fry in small amount of oil or bake in oven.
