1 1/4 cup mashed potato flakes
8 oz frozen steamed cauliflower
1 1/2 c. water or broth, or desired consistency is achieved
1 tbsp Brummel & Brown or light margerine
Serving size - 1/2 C.

Not bad, but I think it's important to note that unless you want this dish to be crunchy, the cauliflower needs to be steamed long enough to become mushy -- or, at the least, shredded more finely. Otherwise, you get chunks of cauliflower in every bite, which wasn't the texture I was looking for. - 1/5/10
