Ingredients

    1.cook the quinoa with the 2 cups of water.when it is cooked use a fork to stir and let it cool out.
    2.dice the veggies to small pieces
    3. mixed the salt ,black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil
    4. mixed all ingredients in a bow and serve.
