Easy Breakfast Smoothie

Submitted by: TULASI-PRIYA

Introduction

This is my go-to smoothie. Perfect for breakfast before or after working out at the Y. With peanut butter and yogurt, it packs a walloping 18 grams of protein. Carob flour adds calcium, iron, and sweetness, making added sweetener unnecessary. This is my go-to smoothie. Perfect for breakfast before or after working out at the Y.
