Michele's Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients

    6 Toufayan Bakeries Whole Wheat Pita Halves
    6 Tbsp Sour Cream
    12 oz cooked chicken breast, no skin
    1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup squash, chopped
    1/4 cup zucchini, chopped
    1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Combine all veggies in a skillet and cook thoroughly. Heat chicken separately. Open 6 Pita Bread halves and layer into open pockets chicken, veggies and feta cheese. Spoon sour cream on top. You can use fat free or reduced fat sour cream (recipe is calculated with regular sour cream). Makes 6 servings.
