Introduction

This is also good with chicken breast chunks. Using 3/4 Greek yogurt & 1/4 real mayo makes this a healthier alternative for lunch. Good for salads or sandwiches. Ingredients

    Drain completely 2 cans of white tuna packed in spring water. Flake into large bowl.

    Chop into pieces 1/2 inch square a crisp apple. Leave skin on it for color, texture and fiber. Add to bowl. Add 1 oz chopped walnuts. Add 1/4 raisins to this mix.

    Add 1 Tbs of HELLMAN'S mayonnaise. Also add 3 Tbs of Chobani 0% Greek yogurt. Mix lightly.

    Add salt and black pepper to taste. I usually make about 8 turns on the salt mill, but I'm not big on salt.
    (1/4 tsp is probably too much!)

    Serve on bed of spinach, mixed greens, or toasted bread.
