Got lots of complements on this version... I put it all including the spinach and artichokes in a food processor and made it all creamy... and layer the cheese 1/2 way through with the final bit on top!... used tortilla chips and toasted baguette slices! this one's going to parties w/ us next time! - 10/24/10

  • Way too much mayo. It actually made me ill; could taste the mayo the rest of the day. And I love garlic but this was garlic overkill. Had to throw the whole batch out. - 2/5/12
