Broccoli Slaw Salad with Bacon

Ingredients

    2 -12 oz. bags of broccoli slaw
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    2 tbsp. sesame seeds
    1 package chicken ramen noodles
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 large stalk celery, diced
    1/2 cup olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Salt
    3 Tsp. Truvia
    4 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Crumble ramen noodles into small pieces and set flavor packet aside. Place raw noodles, sesame seeds and slivered almonds on cookie sheet. Toast for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
To make the dressing, take oil, vinegar, salt, Truvia and chicken flavor packet and stir together.
Place broccoli slaw, tomato, scallion, bacon and celery in bowl. When noodles, almonds and sesame seeds are toasted, add to bowl and stir. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings - around 1 cup each
