Banana Muffins

Ingredients

    3 bananas - mashed
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
    1/2 cup natural peanut or almond butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/3 cup gluten free flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Beat the bananas and then add all wet ingredients (melt the coconut oil). Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into 12 lined muffin tins.

Serving Size: makes 12 muffins
